Morris International believes Queensland's South-East corner is poised for enormous growth and is expected to become a preferred place to do business in Australia. Its headquarters at Molendinar are testimony to this belief and serve as the focal point for control of the Group’s activities.
Property development has, for many years, been a major part of the Morris Group's business. In late 1987, a separate property division of the company was formed to look after the growing portfolio of shopping centres, buildings and land. TEMA Property Services manages a substantial portfolio of investment properties predominantly located in south east Queensland comprising commercial, industrial and retail assets. In addition to day to day management of the portfolio TEMA Property Services have undertaken a number of major projects including the town planning, design and construction of an award winning boutique riparian office development in Nerang, the acquisition and repositioning of a Surfers Paradise Hotel via strata titling and on sale, the development of the French Quarter, Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, the Kruger Park Estates as well as major building refurbishments including more recently 9 Ouyan Street located on the river in the newly established Gold Coast Cultural Precinct.
